Cleaning Services
After guests have checked out we clean your Airbnb, restock supplies, take an inventory of pillows, linens, towels, dishes, etc., and photograph/report any damages/theft. Upon request, we set up a “supplies restocking plan” where we purchase the supplies for your Airbnb (travel size toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.) that is simply applied to your invoice.
Laundry Services
Wash/dry bedding, towels, robes, etc. This can be done either on or off site.
Lawn & Yard Care
Mow & edge the lawn, apply fertilizer/weed treatments, and pull weeds. Sweep & pressure wash porches, driveway, and siding as well as exterior window washing. (Louisiana only)
